AT LEAST 6 INCHES LONG!!!!!.....Class will be canceled immediately if these requirements aren't met!! -There will be a 20 min snack break so please bring water and snacks.

Please be on time for class! You're allowed 15 mins grace before the class is cancelled by the instructor $100 deposit is non refundable!! Bring pen and pad for notes or record your session with your phone CAN NOT BRING FRIENDS, CHILDREN OR PETS! Please come alone! There are no snack breaks for select classes please eat before arrival!
